I ended up taking about a week off and things were fine after that. I raised my saddle up a bit to get better leg extension and take some stress off the knees. I'm with you 100% on your Vegas review. The shows (huge movie theaters and stage performances) are the only thing I've done in Vegas that were "worth it", but even those are friggin' expensive.
